The Queer Focused Team plans and support events in the congregation and wider community that support queer people. Examples include Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Sunday which affirms queer people, a religious trauma workshop series, Victoria Pride Parade, partnering with ecumenical and multifaith neighbours.
The Queer Focused Team falls under the Board of Care for Communities, which supports community building both within and beyond the congregation.
