At the crossroads...Jesus gives those who are poor, hungry and weeping, God's richest blessings. And Jesus gives those who are rich, full, and laughing, a warning, that their life is not for itself, but for a radical way of living in generousity and equality that will give God's richest blessings. Welcome Jesus' gracious and radical 'golden rule' for life. Welcome all!

 Social Justice Committee Update:
Nov. 2, 2019 Jewelry Sale
Postponed
First of all, our heartfelt thanks for your generous donations, offers of help and cookies, and for your on-going prayers.
Due to circumstance beyond our control, the difficult decision was made at the last minute to delay the Nov. 2nd 10 am-2 pm Vintage Jewelry Sale.  Postponing the sale until the spring of 2020 allows us to take the challenges we faced; time, space, and people, and to turn it into an event which generates the maximum amount of revenue for ongoing refugee sponsorship, and is an event we are proud of. Our support and passion for continued refugee advocacy is unwavering.
We’ll keep you informed of the new date. Meanwhile, please let everyone you know who considered attending on Saturday about the postponement.
